These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement regarding the use of the rabjee platform and its services. By accessing the rabjee website, mobile platform or any related service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout this document:

  • "rabjee" or "Platform" refers to the website at https://rabjee.cam and all of its associated services.
  • "User" or "you" refers to any account holder registered on rabjee.
  • "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the rabjee platform.
  • "Deposit" refers to funds added to a user's account.
  • "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from an account balance to the user's own payment method.
  • "Bonus" refers to the various promotional offers and rewards provided by rabjee.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services on rabjee:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must open the account in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
  • Each person may hold only one account.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is not legally prohibited in the region where you are located.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your rabjee account secure. Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised activity on your account.

Warning: Sharing your account with others, creating multiple accounts or providing false information will be considered a violation of the Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

rabjee reserves the right to verify the identity of every user in order to maintain a safe and transparent environment. Before a withdrawal or at any time, we may request the following information:

  • Scanned copy of National ID (NID), passport or driving licence.
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

If information is not provided in a timely manner, rabjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account or hold withdrawals. Significant withdrawal amounts may not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds on rabjee:

4.2 Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit amount per payment method is ৳200.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal processing time is generally 5–30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is pending, wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met, or a security review is required. Withdrawal requests are generally processed using the same method by which the deposit was made.

rabjee reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal request if a security review is required. In such cases, we may ask the user to submit additional information.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rabjee offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following examples apply to receiving the welcome bonus:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses come with a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times. This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
  • Bonuses are only awarded on valid deposits — bonuses may be cancelled in cases of multiple accounts or suspicious activity.
  • If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will expire.
  • rabjee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
  • Separate terms may apply to VIP cashback and other rewards.
Warning: Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, or operating multiple accounts from the same household, is a clear violation of the Terms.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on rabjee are operated fairly and transparently. Our game providers — including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe and others — maintain international standards. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring impartiality.

6.2 General Betting Rules

  • Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • If a technical error results in an unusually large win, rabjee reserves the right to review it.
  • In any dispute between a player and the platform, rabjee's system logs will be considered the final evidence.
  • For sports betting, payouts are made after the match result has been confirmed.
  • The game provider's own rules also apply and will be effective alongside these Terms.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, a device issue or any other technical reason, rabjee's system records the state of that session. In most cases the game will continue after reconnection, or the results accumulated up to that point will be processed automatically.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rabjee platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture and legal action:

  • Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same person.
  • Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
  • Using another person's account or selling/transferring an account.
  • Playing games using automated software (bots, scripts).
  • Collusion (placing fraudulent bets in coordination with other players).
  • Knowingly exploiting a technical error in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
  • Harassing other users or engaging in harmful behaviour.
  • Filing chargebacks or false claims against rabjee.
Legal Notice: If fraudulent activity is detected, rabjee reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account, freeze the full balance and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by rabjee

rabjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • For security review purposes.
  • If it is confirmed that the user is under 21 years of age.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact our 24/7 live chat support team or email us at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

8.3 Balance at Suspension

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any claim on the balance will be settled based on a review. Funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited. In the case of an innocent closure, the fair balance will be returned.
